EFT is an amazing self-help healing technique which is being used by both ordinary people and professionals in their practices around the world. I was introduced to it by a friend 5 years ago and I have used it extensively in my own journey to living free of fear and stress.
There are four main categories for applying EFT:
- remedial issues eg. pain or headache
- future events which may cause stress or anxiety such as a public speaking commitment
- emotional issues such as fear of heights, fear of snakes/spiders, PTSD
- clearing limiting beliefs in order to extend performance in any sphere of your life.
