The best way to stay healthy is to keep the body alkaline. There are a few ways to do this, but by far the most effective is to eat lots of vegetables. Eliminating processed foods, alcohol and sugar from your diet will go a long way to changing the pH of your body, as well as drinking alkalising water, squeezing lemon into your filtered water and using a good apple cider vinegar.
Why would you do this? The eventual outcome is a body so healthy it resists disease of any sort. The immune system functions best in an alkaline environment, that is when the saliva is around 7.2 to 7.4. Acidity promotes inflammation … and inflammation promotes disease.
