Egg mix

(Egg yolk, egg white, chicken, Tetracycline, feathers)

You may not eat or touch:

egg white, egg yolk, chicken, Tetracycline and all food containing egg or chicken including crackers, cookies, soup, bread, mayonnaise, salad dressing, cake, pastries, pies, pancakes, foods baked or fried in egg batter and thick sauces. Also avoid birds, feather pillows, comforters, vitamins and protein drinks made with egg, shampoos, conditioners and skin lotions made with egg.

You may eat:

Brown or white rice, oats, quinoa, beans, chickpeas, lentils, pasta (gluten free if required) without eggs, vegetables, fruits, milk products (if allowed), oils, beef, lamb, fish, coffee, tea, juice and water.

Calcium mix

(Ca gluconate, Ca citrate, Ca lactate, cow’s milk, goat’s milk, casein, albumin, lactic acid)

You may not eat or touch:

Milk or milk products, dark leafy vegetables incl lettuce, cabbage, spinach, dandelion greens, Brussel sprouts, broccoli, sesame seeds, oats, navy beans, milk products, cheese, soybeans, almonds, eggs, dried beans, walnuts, sardines, salmon, peanuts, sunflower seeds and calcium supplements.

You may eat:

Rice, pasta (gluten free if required), cooked vegetables, potato, corn, cauliflower, sweet potato, red meat, apple, tomato, banana, avocado, blueberries, coffee & tea without milk. Drink calcium free water eg. Pureau.

Vitamin C mix

You may not eat or touch:

Fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, dry fruits, juices, sauces, soft drinks, milk, artificial sweeteners and vitamin supplements

You may eat:

White or brown rice, pasta (gluten free if required) without sauce, boiled or poached eggs, baked or broiled chicken, fish, red meat, brown toast, French fries, salt, oils, coffee and water.

Vitamin B complex

You may not eat or touch:

Whole grain products, fruits, vegetables, all meat, dairy products, vitamin supplements.

You may eat:

White rice, apples, apricots, blueberries, carrots, white pasta (gluten free if required), cauliflower, well cooked or deep fried fish, salt, white sugar, black coffee, French fries. Rinse rice well before cooking and cook both rice and pasta with plenty of water and drain after cooking.

Sugar mix

You may not eat or touch:

all foods with any of the above sugars including: all fruit and dairy products, all processed foods containing sugar such as sweets, biscuits, cakes, muffins, pancakes, crumpets, desserts, sauces, pasta sauces and tomato based foods, raisins, sultanas, dates, maple syrup, soft drinks, ice cream, chocolate, fruit juices, spice mixes, processed meats or frozen dinners, muesli bars with honey, flavoured snacks and chips

You may eat:

White rice, pasta (gluten free if required), oats, quinoa, all vegetables, vegetable oils, meats (not marinated), eggs, chicken, fish (plain) water, coffee & tea without milk.

Iron mix

(Ferrous Sulphate, Ferrous Gluconate, beef, pork, lamb, gelatin)

You may not eat or touch:

apricots, peaches, banana, black molasses, dates, prunes, raisins, brewer’s yeast, whole grain cereals, turnip greens, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, spinach, beet tops, alfalfa, beets, sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, whole rye, dried beans, lentils, kelp, egg yolk, red meat, organ meats, farina, raw clams, oysters, nuts, asparagus, coffee, chocolate & iron supplements.

You may eat:

White rice, sourdough bread (no added iron), cauliflower, potato, chicken, light green vegetables, water and orange juice, strawberries, corn, cheddar and Gouda cheese, mushrooms, mango, pears, carrot, cabbage, snapper, lettuce, cucumber, milk.

Vitamin A mix

(Fish, shellfish mix, Beta Carotene, Vitamin A)

You may not eat or touch:

all yellow and green fruits, all yellow and green vegetables, green peppers, fish and fish products, milk and milk products, corn and corn products.

You may eat:

steamed rice, pasta (gluten free if required), potato, cauliflower, red apples, chicken, water & coffee.

Mineral mix

(trace minerals like antimony, barium, boron, beryllium, bromide, caesium, chlorine, chromium, cobalt, copper, europium, fluorine, gallium, germanium, gold, iodine, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, palladium, rubidium, samarium, scandium, silver, strontium, thallium, thorium, tin, titanium, tungsten, uranium, zinc, zirconium, chromium, lead, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sulfur, vanadium, mercury).

You may not eat or touch:

metals, tap water, mineral water, root vegetables like onion, potato, carrots and turnips and meat. Wear gloves while touching metal surfaces. Metal buttons on clothes, shoes, hand bags, wedding rings or religious rings etc. can be covered with masking tape. Use plastic and glass utensils to cook and eat. Use a pair of gloves during 25 hour period to avoid touching metals.

You may use:

Mineral-free water for drinking, cooking and washing eg Pureau. Eat steamed rice, steamed vegetables (other than those listed above), fruit, chicken, eggs, milk, coffee and tea.

Salt mix & Chlorides

(sea salt, table salt, rock salt, sodium and chloride)

You may not eat or touch:

all foods containing salt including processed foods, any deli products, any prepared, canned or frozen foods, fast food, table salt, sea salt, fish, shell fish, seafood, seaweed, dried beef, all organ meats, cured meats, ham & all other deli meats, cheese and cheese products, salted butter, spice mixes, Herbemare, marinades, salad dressings, Vegemite, salted nuts, asparagus, artichoke, beets, cabbage, carrots, celery, cucumber, romaine lettuce, Swiss chard, watercress, kelp, avocado, pineapple, tomatoes, watermelon, oats, bread, spring or tap water and coffee

You may eat:

steamed rice, pasta (gluten free if necessary), green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, chives, garlic, leeks, butter/iceberg lettuce, potatoes, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potato, zucchini and fruits not listed above, fresh chicken & meat (not processed, marinated or stuffed), eggs, tea, honey and sugars.  Chloride-free water eg. Pureau to drink & cook.

Grain mix

(wheat, rye, oats, barley, corn, rice and millet)

You may not eat or touch:

bread, cereal, cakes, biscuits, muesli bars, sauce/gravy, Milo, pasta, rice, corn, crackers, flavoured drinks, beer, anything in batter, pizza, scones, pastry, pretzels, stuffing.

You may eat:

fresh vegetables (except corn), fruit, fresh chicken, fish & meat (not marinaded, processed or stuffed), free-range eggs, milk, cheese, tea, coffee (pure, not mixes), fruit juice and water.

Yeast mix & Candida

(Baker’s yeast, Brewer’s yeast, Tortula yeast, Candida albicans).

Avoid:

Baked goods (ie. cakes, biscuits, pastries etc), sourdough bread, sugar, fruit & fruit juice, soy sauce, soy milk, Vegemite, processed deli meats, milk & cheese and all alcoholic beverages.

You may eat:

vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cottage cheese, natural yoghurt, lemon, avocado, lentils, beans, rice cakes, chamomile, peppermint or rooibos tea, fresh herbs.

You may not eat or touch:

Meat, chicken, fish, bread, cakes, biscuits, rice, pasta, potato, sugar, honey, fructose, sweets, fruit (other than those below), artificial sweeteners, grains, all condiments (incl vinegar & soy sauce), hard cheese, eggs, all alcohol, all fruit juice, all processed/canned food, tea and coffee.

You may eat:

Coffee, tea, caffeinated/cola drinks, chocolate, leather goods, tannic acids.

You may eat: anything that has no coffee, caffeine, cola or chocolate i.e. fresh fruit & vegetables, meat, chicken, fish, grains, dairy & eggs, drink herbal tea like chamomile, rooibos, fruit blends (not green tea).

(peanuts, black walnut, English walnut).

You may not eat or touch:

peanuts, walnuts, black walnuts, and English walnuts or anything made from these nuts or their oils.

You may eat: any foods that do not contain the nuts listed above including their oils and butters.

butter, lard, meats, fish and fish oils, skin lotions with lanolin or animal fat, food fried in animal fat, refried beans, chilli beans, corn chips fried in lard etc.

You may use:

anything other than the above including vegetable oils.

Vegetable fats

(Corn oil, canola oil, peanut oil, linseed oil, sun flower oil, palm oil, flax seed oil, coconut oil).

You may not use:

vegetable oils, foods containing vegetable oils like breads, crackers, cookies, sauces, drinks, and skin lotions, makeup items, shampoo, conditioner etc.

You may use:

steamed vegetables, steamed rice, meats, eggs, chicken, butter and animal fats.

(ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, garlic, cumin, fennel, coriander, turmeric, saffron, mint).

Avoid:

above listed spices in any form. These spices and their oils are encountered in candies, chewing gums, tooth paste, massage oils, aroma therapy ingredients and toiletries.

You may use:

all foods, and products without these items.

(peppers, red pepper, black pepper, green pepper, jalapeño, banana peppers, anise seed, basil, bay leaf, caraway seed, chervil, cream of tartar, dill, fenugreek, horseradish, mace, MSG, mustard, onion, oregano, paprika, poppy seed, parsley, rosemary, sage, sumac, and vinegar).

any of the above spices.

essential amino acids: lycine, methionine, leucine, threonine, valine, tryptophan, isoleucine, and phenylalanine;

non essential amino acids: alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, carnitine, citrulline, cystine, glutathione, glutamic acid, glycine, histidine, ornithine, proline, serine, taurine, tyrosine.

any type of food that contains proteins, and protein products that are used for external application.

Flavoured coffee, beer, tuna in flavoured sauces, packaged rice mixes, frozen vegetables in sauces, commercially prepared vegetables, salad dressings, commercially prepared desserts, some ice creams, pasta, bread, muesli bars with any of the named grains, any other wheat, rye oats or barley products.

You may eat:

Rice, corn, fresh vegetables, all fruit, salads, eggs, dairy products (check labels), meat, chicken and fish, coffee (no packet mixes), tea, fruit juice, water.

Salicylates are also found in medications, fragrances, industrial chemicals, plastics and some pesticides, and can cause adverse effects when inhaled as well as eaten.

All food additives, colours, chemicals and flavours must be avoided, that is all processed foods, packaged or deli foods (sausages, devon, ham), no dried fruit, no lollies, flavoured chips, biscuits, cakes, muffins, pre-made quiches, pizza, frozen goods, no ice cream, frozen desserts, flavoured yoghurts, and milks, sauces and salad dressings, normal supermarket bread.

You may eat:

All fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, chicken that is not flavoured or marinated, tuna in brine or olive oil, dry pasta, plain organic yoghurt, rice, quinoa, couscous & oats (unflavoured), plain salted potato chips, Nimbin natural cheese, milk that has no additives (check label), boutique style sourdough bread (check label).
